Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of playhub.media (the "Service"), operated by Perepuu Media OÜ, registered in Estonia at Riia mnt 181-2, 80025 Pärnu ("playhub", "we", "us"). By using the Service or starting a trial you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

playhub is a paid subscription web service that streams a daily, hand-curated lineup of family-friendly video. The lineup refreshes daily at 00:00 in your local timezone. Access to the full lineup and the family hub archive requires an active trial or membership. The Service is delivered in the browser; we do not currently offer native apps, smart-TV apps, or offline downloads.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to hold an account. A membership is for one household and may not be shared outside your home. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Trial, billing & auto-renewal

• New memberships begin with a 7-day free trial. No charge is taken during the trial.
• After the trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose — $9.99 / month, or $99.50 / year (about $8.29 / month) — until you cancel.
• We display the exact renewal amount before you start. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are shown at checkout.
• You may cancel any time in one click. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

4. Refunds

If you are charged for your first paid period and change your mind, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge. See the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or scrape content from the Service, circumvent access controls, or use the Service unlawfully. Content is licensed to you for personal, household viewing only.

6. Content & creators

We credit and rank the creators we feature. Intellectual property in the Service and its content belongs to playhub or its licensors. Rights holders may submit takedown notices under our DMCA Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Estonian and EU law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU.
