We do not knowingly collect data from children. Accounts are held by adults; children watch under an adult's membership.
2. Cookies
Essential cookies are always on so the Service works. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you consent. See the Cookie Policy and manage your choice from the on-site banner.
3. Processors
We use service providers only as needed to run playhub — for example hosting and, once connected, a payment processor for checkout. We list active processors here as they are engaged. We do not currently operate a payment integration; until checkout is connected, no card data is processed. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing data for the life of your account and as required by Estonian accounting and tax law thereafter. Usage and analytics data are kept for a limited period and then aggregated or deleted.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Estonian law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
