What your notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users or creators who repeatedly infringe.
