How does the free trial work?
Start a 7-day free trial to unlock all thirty of today's picks and the family hub. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends with one click — no charge if you cancel in time.
What if my family doesn't like it?
Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you're charged for your first paid period and change your mind, we offer 7-day money-back on that first charge — just email [email protected].
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes — after the 7-day trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you chose (monthly or annual) until you cancel. We show the exact renewal amount before you start.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are handled over an encrypted (SSL) connection through a dedicated checkout step. Checkout opens once subscription setup is connected — we don't store raw card details ourselves.
Can I share my account with family?
A membership is for one household. We keep plans simple and affordable instead of selling tiers, and we ask that you don't share credentials outside your home.
The daily hub
How are the daily picks chosen?
A small human team in Pärnu watches family titles and ranks thirty each day by hand, ordered to fit the rhythm of a family day. There's no engagement algorithm deciding what your child sees.
When does the lineup refresh?
Every day at 00:00 in your device's local timezone. The on-page countdown shows exactly when today's hub resets to a fresh lineup.
Does the same pick stay #1 forever?
No. The ranking is rebuilt by hand every morning, so today's #1 is just today's. Come back tomorrow and the hub will look different.
Can creators submit work to be featured?
Yes. Family-friendly creators and filmmakers can reach our curation team at [email protected]. We credit and rank everything we feature.
Devices & the company
What devices can we watch on?
playhub works in any modern web browser on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. We don't currently offer native app, smart-TV, or offline-download features, and we won't claim them until they're real.
Can we download videos to watch offline?
Not yet. playhub is a web service that streams in the browser. We don't offer offline downloads, and we won't pretend to until the feature actually exists.
