Free trial first
Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing — there is nothing to refund.
7-day money-back on your first charge
If you are charged for your first paid period and change your mind, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge.
To request it, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first charge from the email on your account. We'll refund that first charge to your original payment method.
After the first period
Renewal charges after the first paid period are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel any time in one click to stop future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Estonian and EU law.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer. Taxes collected at checkout are refunded with the eligible charge where required by law.
